Jody Lee Gordon... May He Rest in Peace (click here)

It is with the deepest regret and sadness that I announce that we have lost a very close friend to our Speedway family. Jody Lee Gordon of First Place Oils was not only one of our primary marketing partners, but a very near and dear friend to all those who knew him. He was so giving and so supportive of every racer he met, and always wanted to do more and more to make racing a success here at Kankakee.

He will be sorely missed for sure but his unwavering spirit will live on for many years to come in Kankakee County.
