If, in the opinion of the track officials, that the inclement weather is sufficient enough to cancel the remainder of the event then a rainout will be declared. If the halfway point in the program has been completed (the heats and consolation races have been ran), it is considered a complete event and features will be locked in and ran the following week. If the halfway point has not been reached then rain checks will be honored at the next regular program event. There are NO CASH REFUNDS.
